Telephone / Video Counselling Now Available

We find ourselves in unprecedented & concerning times. Daily government updates regarding Covid-19 for some people, are reassuring, but for others they are anxiety-provoking.
Never more have we, as a society and global community been so focused on our health and safety, and the health and safety of our loved ones. The uncertainty that surrounds us can raise many insecurities and fears.
Difficult times require us to be adaptable and responsible in our working & home activities. In light of this & following government recommendations, Sheffield Central Counselling is now offering telephone and video counselling services. For the present we are still offering face to face sessions, although with a reduced service.
Telephone/Online counselling provides clients the flexibility to receive counselling at more convenient times, to suit your particular needs & circumstances. The therapeutic atmosphere over the phone or internet is different. Sometimes talking over the phone can be easier than face-to-face counselling.
Some clients find phone/online counselling a more relaxed and accessible therapeutic environment within which to discuss their issues.
We are here to meet the needs of our clients. Within the current public health situation, wider concerns of client & counsellor safety is also of paramount concern and we shall continually update our practices in line with government guidelines.
