How much will it cost?
Our fee for individual counselling is £50.00 per session.
Our fee for couples counselling is £60.00 per session.
We ask for payment in advance by debit/credit card through our online booking system. You can change or cancel your appointment up to 24 hours before the appointment time. If you prefer to pay by cash or cheque please contact us.
Low Cost Counselling
We offer Low Cost Counselling to both individuals and couples.
These sessions are for people on a low income and NHS staff and cost £20 per session for individuals and £30 for couples. We offer 6 sessions initially then a review with up to 6 more sessions available if needed. These sessions are delivered face to face or remotely by our Counsellors in Training:
Jo sees individuals on Monday evenings
Clair sees individuals on Wednesday mornings
Nicola sees couples on Tuesday evenings
Elly sees couples on Wednesday and Thursday evenings

For individual counselling enquiries we will send you an assessment form to fill in so we can check if these sessions are suitable for you. If you are applying as a couple we will speak to each of you over the phone to complete a brief assessment.
