Associate Counsellor Opportunity – Couples and Families
Are you a qualified counsellor with couples and family training looking for paid work?
Are you hoping to work privately but not sure where to start?

Sheffield Central Counselling is a private counselling service based in Sheffield city centre. We are currently looking for associate counsellors to join our team who are trained to work with couples and families and are able to offer both face to face and remote sessions.

As a self-employed associate counsellor you would benefit from:

·       Use of our counselling rooms (regular time slots held for you, only pay when you see a client)

·       Your personal profile on our website which ranks highly on Google searches

·       Clients book in and pay you directly via our website

·       The chance to be part of a supportive team of counsellors

·       Free monthly peer supervision group

·       You will take away £33 for individual sessions, £38 for couples sessions and £40 for family sessions

We would be interested to hear from you if….

·       You can see clients in the evenings and/or weekends as well as during the daytime on weekdays.

·       You are confident working independently and managing your own caseload.

·       You are able to see clients both face to face and remotely.

·       You are able to commit to being an associate for at least one year initially.

·       You are a member of BACP, NCS, COSRT or another professional body, have your own supervisor and insurance.

·       You have experience of working with a range of clients and issues in counselling or other work settings.
