Keeley Mountford
Whether you’re facing a
specific difficulty, past trauma, or have a quieter sense that you want life to
feel different, I would be glad to support you. I have experience supporting
people through a wide range of emotional, relational, and identity-related
challenges, and I am committed to offering a safe, affirming space for you,
whatever you’re hoping to explore in therapy.
My approach
I’m passionate about offering a space to
understand yourself more deeply—your patterns, your inner world, and the roots
of the difficulties you may be experiencing. My work is informed by attachment
theory, Compassion-Focused Therapy (CFT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy
(ACT), person-centred therapy, and CBT, allowing me to tailor therapy to you as
needed.
I have particular interest and experience
in working with people navigating close and intimate relationships—especially
those with anxious, avoidant, or disorganised attachment styles, or who feel
stuck in painful or repeating relational patterns. I also work with individuals
who have experienced domestic abuse, supporting them to rebuild a sense of
safety, trust, and self-worth.
I am an accredited parenting practitioner,
so if you’re concerned about your child’s behaviour, family dynamics, or simply
want supportive, non-judgemental guidance, this is something I’m qualified to
offer
