Low Cost Counselling

We offer Low Cost Counselling to both individuals and couples. These sessions are for people on a low income of no more than £14,000 per year (and NHS staff) and cost £20 per session for individuals and £30 for couples. We offer 6 sessions initially then a review with up to 6 more sessions available if needed. These sessions are delivered face to face or remotely by our Counsellors in Training:

Steph sees individuals on Wednesday mornings/lunchtimes

Kate sees individuals on Monday evenings

Nicola sees couples on Tuesday evenings

Yasmina sees couples on Wednesday afternoons/evenings

For individual counselling enquiries we will send you an assessment form to fill in so we can check if these sessions are suitable for you. If you are applying as a couple we will speak to each of you over the phone to complete a brief assessment.
